Rental Prices
The cost of this home is from $150 per night in low season rising to $250 in holiday/high season.
Pool heat is an optional extra but is recommended from Oct thru April at a cost of $175 per week or $25 per night.
Maximum occupancy of this home is 11.
Please add 13% Florida sales tax to all prices quoted.
Terms and Conditions of Booking
- A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
- The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival at the property.
- Minimum stay is 5 nights unless a cleaning fee is paid
- At time of collecting keys a credit card impression is taken to safe guard against breakages or damage.
- Earliest entry time is 4pm on day of arrival.
- Latest departure time is 10am on last day unless otherwise arranged, at a cost of $56.
- Pools are used at guest's own risk. Under 18’s must be accompanied at the pools
- Please remember to purchase travel insurance to safe guard your vacation when traveling from abroad.
- Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am on Windsor Hills
- Payment methods are via $ check, GBP cheque and all major credit card
- At least one person in the party staying in the home must be over 25 years old.
- Florida is a no smoking state and our home is a non smoking home.
- Pets are not allowed
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival in Florida.
Where written notice of cancellation is received the following charges will apply:
- 56 or more days prior to arrival - No Charge
- 55 to 40 days prior to arrival - 50% of Rental is Retained, 50% Returned
- 39 to 20 days prior to arrival - 75% of Rental is Retained, 25% Returned
- 19 days prior to arrival to No Show- 100% of Rental is Retained.
All bookings deposits are non refundable.
